The successful candidate will lead the onboarding of vendor teams, manage service stabilization, and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders throughout the transition lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute transition plans for onboarding vendor resources and operationalizing services • Ensure seamless knowledge transfer and documentation of systems, processes, and workflows • Drive risk management and mitigation strategies during the transition phase • Define and track KPIs and SLAs to ensure service stability and performance • Establish governance mechanisms to monitor progress and dependencies • Align engineering, operations, and business stakeholders across all transition stages • Oversee the full transition lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure • Ensure compliance with all security, regulatory, and contractual obligations • Act as an escalation point for transition-related issues • Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries Methodologies Required Skills and Competencies • Minimum 6-8 years in Project or Transition Management, IT Services Transitions, or related domains • Strong experience in IT service transitions and stakeholder engagement • Proficient in governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and stabilization strategy • Working knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 methodologies • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools • Technical understanding of Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Services, CRM, and IT Support Success Metrics • Achievement of defined SLAs during stabilization • Positive stakeholder satisfaction and feedback • Effective knowledge transfer with minimal disruption • Full compliance with security and regulatory standards Mandatory Certifications Industry Background IT Services, Software Development, Cloud Platforms, Enterprise IT Operations Tools and Technologies JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Slack ***Equal Opportunity Statement*** We are an equal opportunity employer.
