About the Role This opportunity is with Liquid Talent ,a boutique HR and Talent Consultancy. As part of our Liquid Talent division , you will partner with clients to deliver tailored Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions, helping them scale their teams with quality South African and Internationaltalent. Role Summary We are looking for a Recruiter who can confidently manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles and industries . As a key person in our Talent Team, you will play an important part in building and scaling our recruitment portfolio , while delivering a high-quality, efficient hiring experience to our clients. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement, while acting as a trusted partner to clients. Location: Cape Town Work model: Hybrid (remote with client visits) What You'll Do: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients Understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and company culture Guide clients on role requirements, market trends, and hiring decisions Support employer branding and talent pipeline development Act as the go-to contact for all recruitment matters 2.
