Job Overview The SDWAN Engineer works with clients to proactively identify and resolve incidents, ensuring zero missed SLA conditions. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive service to clients by identifying and resolving incidents. Ensure zero missed SLA conditions and manage tickets of low to high complexity. Support SDWAN solutions such as Fortinet and Forti‑SDWAN on a central FortiManager. Configure Fortinet value‑added services: IPsec tunnel, FSso, web filter rules, and Forti‑Analyzer reports. Consult with clients and conduct joint troubleshooting sessions. Conduct product reviews, operational improvements, and quality assurance. Required Skills & Knowledge Basic knowledge of Cisco networking technologies: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP. Experience with Fortinet firewall configuration and support. Understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and networking topologies. Strong communication and customer‑service orientation. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT or related field (B.Sc Eng, B.Sc, B.Comm). Valid CCNA and NSE4 certifications; working towards NSE5 and NSE6. CCNPSDWANEnterprise is advantageous. At least 4years of experience in a networking environment. Self‑starter, proactive, detail‑oriented, eager to grow. Work Arrangement Hybrid working model.
