Senior Learning and Development Partner The Senior Learning and Development Partner leads the design, execution, and enhancement of learning programs within the organization, collaborating with business leads to identify training needs and create engaging training materials. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the learning and development strategy aligned with business goals. Collaborate with executive leadership, department heads, and HR to understand business needs. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities. Consult on the design and development of training curricula, programs, and resources. Develop metrics to evaluate effectiveness of learning programs. Recommend innovative learning technologies and tools. Use data analytics to derive insights and measure training impact. Manage learning and development budget. Communicate learning plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. Incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into learning strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Develop learning strategies for a diverse, global workforce. Perform other related tasks as required. Skills and Qualifications Advanced understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design. Knowledge of organizational goals and alignment of L&D initiatives. Ability to stay current with trends, technologies, and innovations. Analytical skill to evaluate training data and make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation for L&D. Strategic planning ability to align with organizational objectives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior leadership. Capacity to design and deliver engaging training programs. Change management skills to communicate value of learning initiatives. Negotiation and stakeholder influence abilities. Willingness to adopt new technologies and methodologies. Determination to achieve measurable employee development outcomes. Academic Qualifications and Certifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field. Required Experience Designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and learning materials with various methodologies. Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps. Collaborating with departments and management to align training with goals. Using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Using data to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements. Managing training projects, coordinating logistics, and meeting deadlines.
