DTI policies and requirements Understand permits, know how to apply for permits, be familiar with documentation required for the application and ability to apply knowledge to the use and application of various permits. Communication and interaction Clearly communicate with brokers, team leader/s and manager/s to ensure all work-related tasks are completed accurately and in time Communicate and interact with SARS and OGA's, resolving all stops and queries as per the relevant processes. Liaise with internal and external customers. Quality checks Do thorough quality checks on all types of entries to verify the correctness of processed declarations.
