Duties/Requirements: Must have a relevant hospitality qualification Must have 3 to 5 years relevant experience Must be able to work shifts (day, night, Sundays and public holidays) Scheduling kitchen staff shifts Supervising and coordinating kitchen staff Health and safety compliance Keeping cost reports Assisting in menu development and improvement as well as costings Maintain kitchen inventory Supervise food preparation and cooking Managing food storage standards Good understanding of a breakfast type menu Strong leadership and communication skills Overseeing kitchen operations Strong communication skills Should you wish to apply please submit your CV through for consideration.
