Our Client, a leader in the Chemical Industry, seeks to employ a Branch Manager to join their dynamic team. Applicants must reside in and around the Cape Town area. Duties & Responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensures smooth branch functioning. Prepare reports on branch performance and present insights to senior management. Prepare financial statements for the branch. Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives. Lead, train, and motivate a team to enhance performance and customer service. Strengthen customer relationships and handle client inquiries professionally. Analyse market trends and competitor strategies to improve business growth. Oversee inventory, logistics, and administrative tasks efficiently. Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports. Develop and implement strategies to reach branch objectives. Desired Experience & Qualification Matric (Grade 12) Certificate. Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to manage resources effectively. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Relevant ERP experience (Pastel or similar). Chemical industry exposure. Package & Remuneration Market-related salary.
