Duties & Responsibilities Provide service excellence to customers, assess needs, and generate solutions. Focus on meeting sales objectives. Open and close sales summary, including counting money, separating charge slips, balancing cash, and completing banking. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices. Compute sales prices, total purchases, and process cash or credit payments. Maintain records related to sales. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
