Key Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day operation of the outside plant area Monitor plant equipment and report any faults or abnormalities Perform general housekeeping duties (cleaning of plant, walkways, and equipment) Support maintenance teams during breakdowns and planned maintenance Ensure adherence to health & safety standards at all times Handle basic tools and equipment as required Follow instructions from supervisors and plant operators Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free working environment Minimum Requirements Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Previous experience as a Plant Attendant or in a similar industrial role Physically fit and able to perform manual labour Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and overtime if required Basic understanding of health and safety practices
