Job Description: Oversee the full group finance function, ensuring accurate and timely consolidated reporting across multiple entities Focus on driving financial performance through detailed analysis, improving working capital, and standardising processes across the group Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles while partnering closely with leadership to provide meaningful financial insights Manage audits, ensure compliance, and improve systems and reporting capabilities Skills & Experience: Minimum 10+ years finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/group-level role Strong experience in group consolidations and multi-entity financial reporting Healthcare Industry experience NON-NEGOTIABLE Ability to analyze performance (EBITDA, variances) and provide insightful commentary Solid working capital management experience (debtors, stock, cash flow) Proven track record in process improvement and standardization across a group Experience managing audits, compliance, and overall financial controls Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across multiple business units Qualification: CA(SA) For more information connect with us on
