Employer Description Our client is a Food Manufacturing company based in Cape Town Job Description Our client has an opportunity for the Receiving Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following: Ensuring that all deliveries are accurately received, verified, and processed in line with company standards Maintain accurate records of all incoming goods using the companys stock management system Supervise and coordinate the receiving team to ensure efficient and accurate offloading and processing of stock Manage the end-to-end receiving process, including verifying deliveries against purchase orders, checking for damages, and signing off on invoices Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments to resolve delivery queries timeously Contribute to stock takes and cycle counts as required Other related duties Qualifications Matric Degree/Diploma in logistics, supply chain or equivalent Skills 25 years experience in a receiving, stockroom, or warehouse supervisory role, preferably within retail or FMCG Strong working knowledge of stock management systems and GRV process Forklift licence advantageous
