Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Control team to ensure high-quality outputs and business continuity Partner with executive leadership and senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations Develop a strong understanding of the business model, operational drivers, and market dynamics Translate business strategy into financial targets, KPIs, and actionable plans Drive budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and long-range planning processes Analyse financial results, variances, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance Provide decision support through financial modelling, profitability analysis, and business cases Challenge commercial decisions and investments to ensure optimal ROI and value creation Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring accountability and corrective action where needed Identify and implement cost optimisation and process improvement initiatives Support internal and external audit processes as well as group reporting requirements Drive digitalisation and automation initiatives within finance processes and controls Minimum Requirements Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field CA(SA), CIMA, or similar qualification advantageous Proven experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar strategic finance role Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders Previous management or leadership experience advantageous Strong analytical, financial modelling, and reporting skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
