Based in South Africa, you will primarily support UK-based portfolio companies, playing a key role in transitioning finance operations from outsourced providers to a fully integrated in-house capability. Reporting directly to the UK-based CFO, this role offers strong exposure to investor reporting, FP&A, multi‑entity structures, and acquisition‑led growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the migration of bookkeeping, payroll, and management accounts in-house Own month‑end close, financial reporting, and multi‑entity consolidations Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Enhance investor reporting through KPIs and financial dashboards Support M&A due diligence and process optimisation initiatives Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS and tax requirements Requirements Qualified accountant (CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) 3–5 years post‑qualification experience Experience in SaaS, tech, or subscription‑based environments preferred Strong FP&A and business partnering exposure Multi‑entity and international reporting experience Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) Detail‑oriented, ambitious, and comfortable working across UK time zones #J-18808-Ljbffr
