Duties & Responsibilities Min 10 to 15 years’ in project planning environment essential. Engineering qualification an added advantage. SAP and Primavera Superuser (non-neg ). Microsoft Projects. Boiler construction experience, an added advantage. Minimum Job Requirements: Primavera Certification. Min 10 to 15 years’ in project planning environment essential. Key Performance Areas: Compile a consolidated schedule for the project by combining all available information and sub-schedules available. Co-ordinate the planning and scheduling function for the project. Stakeholder management. Ensure process and resource optimisation. Develop and maintain the project schedule on Microsoft Projects / Primavera. Proactively obtain progress updates from construction personnel or appointed contractors. Field validation of construction progress. Integrate project schedules into project master plan. Compile weekly and monthly schedule progress reports and S-Curve development. Flag schedule risks to Management. Identify mitigations for schedule risks and issues.
