The BME Cell Leader will lead the Team to achieve goals defined by business needs, the Master Plan, and the Annual Department Plan. This position will be accountable for the effective implementation of Incident Elimination (IE), Defects Handling (DH), and cleaning, inspection, and lubrication activities. Responsibilities Manage the cleaning, inspection, and lubrication (CIL) process on machines and continuously improve the process. Train operators in CIL activities and verify new parameters to minimize losses. Implement a DMS (Health Check) to identify process improvement opportunities and apply corrective actions. Own and prioritize the Defects Handling process in cooperation with the Maintenance Lead. Implement the Safety Trigger system, behavior observation, and incident elimination tools. Coordinate loss analysis and conduct daily direction setting meetings to report safety, quality, and production plan execution. Lead cell training, manage multiskilling, and approve leaves, overtime, and replacements. Qualifications & Experience B.Sc. or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Quality/Engineering Diploma, or Technical Secondary School. 4 to 7 years’ experience in a process improvement environment within manufacturing. Experience as a leader, shift supervisor, or Kaizen specialist for at least 3 years. Proficiency in Excel and LED systems. English communication skills; knowledge of production processes, quality requirements, and quality management systems. Planning, leading, organizing, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
