Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: National Diploma or Degree in Business or Commercial field Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in Personal and Private Banking sector Extensive experience in a service and operational role Comprehensive working knowledge of branch operational requirements from both branch and client perspectives Critical Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes Proven track record in infrastructure optimisation Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Candidates must meet all stated qualifications to be considered for this pivotal role.
