Overview 5x Business Development Consultant B2B / Outbound Sales Executive Location: Cape TownSalary: R25,000 Basic + CommissionIndustry: SaaS / Beauty & Wellness Tech About the Role A growing international tech company is looking for five energetic and experienced B2B Business Development Consultants to join their Cape Town-based team. This newly created role focuses on expanding their UK partner base by selling an innovative salon software solution tailored to the hair, beauty, and wellness sectors. You'll play a vital role in driving outbound sales and onboarding new clients, helping them transform their businesses through digital tools and booking platforms. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach : Identify and engage potential clients across the UK through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and strategic outreach. Product Demos & Consultative Sales : Host engaging virtual product demonstrations and guide partners to the best package for their needs. Client Onboarding & Success : Project manage new partner setup and adoption of the platform during the first two months to ensure smooth onboarding and product success. Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing consistent value and support. Pipeline & Sales Goals : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining an active and healthy sales pipeline. CRM & Data Tracking : Accurately record all interactions and activity in the CRM system (Salesforce) and contribute to data-driven sales strategy. Feedback & Insights : Relay partner feedback and market trends to help refine offerings and improve product-market fit. What You'll Need Experience : At least 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment. UK Market Understanding (Essential): Previous work experience with UK-based clients, understanding their expectations, culture, and business operations. Sales Confidence : Proven success in managing the full sales cycle prospecting, demoing, closing, and onboarding. Communication Skills : Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication across all digital channels. Tech Tools Proficiency : Comfortable with Salesforce, Slack, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and MS Office. Self-Starter Mentality : You're proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Organized & Detail-Oriented : Able to manage multiple leads and workflows efficiently.
