Company and Job Description:You'll be part of a high-performing finance team, supporting the financial management and reporting functions of a growing telecommunications business. This role is ideal for a Financial Accountant who enjoys working in a deadline-driven environment and partnering with operational stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting and meaningful business insights. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Manage month-end processes, including journals, accruals, and reconciliations Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, VAT, and statutory requirements Assist with the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) Maintain general ledger integrity and support internal and external audit processes Perform variance analysis and provide insights on business performance Support budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor financial controls and assist with process improvement initiatives Collaborate with various departments to support financial decision-making Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):Strong financial reporting and IFRS knowledge Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance (essential) Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (essential) 35 years' experience within a Financial Accountant role Experience within Telecommunications, ICT, Technology, ISP, or related industries advantageous ERP system experience beneficial Apply now!For more exciting Finance vacancies, please visit:
