Job Description: Manage an outsourced accounting portfolio for allocated clientsPerform full bookkeeping functions including processing and reconciliationsPrepare and review bank, creditor, and VAT reconciliationsProcess payroll for allocated clients and ensure statutory compliancePrepare and submit tax returns, provisional tax, VAT, EMP201, and related submissionsPrepare monthly management accounts for clientsCompile annual financial statements in line with relevant standardsPlan and manage all client deliverables and interâfunctional activitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring complianceUtilise CRM and practice management systems to track and document workSupport team members with technical guidance when requiredWork proactively to meet deadlines while managing multiple clientsSkills & Experience: Minimum 25 years experience in outsourced accounting or professional services environmentStrong working knowledge of Income Tax, VAT, PAYE, SARS and eFilingHandsâon experience with Xero and/or Sage - essentialAdvanced Excel skills with strong attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlinesStrong communication skills with a clientâfocused mindsetQualification: BCom Accounting OR EquivalentSAIPA or CIMA qualification with Completed Articles OR Equivalent ExperienceFor more information connect with us on
