This role requires an experienced manager who can drive profitability, lead teams effectively, maintain operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of operational budgets Lead and manage all fitment centre operations, resources, and staff Ensure effective stock control, cash management, and compliance with company procedures Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth Drive excellent customer service and targeted Net Promoter Scores (NPS) Monitor operational risks, reporting, and overall centre performance Manage team performance, discipline, coaching, and development initiatives Ensure adherence to company policies, operational standards, and best administrative practices Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, communication, and teamwork Requirements Grade 12 qualification essential Relevant Commerce Degree advantageous General Management 5 Diploma advantageous Minimum 6 years overall experience Minimum 3 years management experience Strong business acumen and budgeting capability Proven leadership and people management skills Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of operational and customer service management EE Disclaimer All positions will be filled in accordance with the company's Employment Equity plan.
