The duties will include, but are not limited to: General Client Relationship Management, including acting as a brand ambassador and responding quickly to client requests, queries, or complaints. General Client Service, including supporting clients with a sound knowledge of the products, services, processes, policies, and procedure offered, and supporting clients with technical information to understand tests and test results. Portfolio Management, including client knowledge and engagement; contributing to the development of focused sales and marketing campaigns and programs; identifying and sourcing new clients, identifying prospects, developing a new business pipeline, and managing prospects through the pipeline; and onboarding new clients. Sales administration, including maintaining client and quote data and generating reports, as well as any ad hoc tasks requested by management. Key Requirements: ND or BTech in Food Technology with 4 to 5 years experience. Technical Sales experience would be advantageous. All candidates should be fluent in English and Afrikaans. Valid drivers license is essential. Willing to travel.
