The will be based at the Clicks Head Office in Cape Town. JOB PURPOSE: Drive efficiency and productivity while managing projects and delivering on innovation. Manage the team to deliver on daily operational requirements and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Manage and lead the Business Enhancement team to deliver efficiencies and productivity within store operations Work across functional areas to extract business benefit that enhances processes and outcomes within store operations Required to work on medium/high impact projects and solutions that may or may not span multiple business areas Gather and interpret requirements from the business. Participate in the solution design process Prepare the requirements specifications Define the success criteria for solution testing Performing business analysis and process improvement with assigned solution project Presenting information and obtaining buy in from all stakeholders JOB ONLY KNOWLEDGE: Business process modelling/engineering.
