RESPONSIBILITIES Check theassigned order according to latest passenger figures in all relevantdepartments Conduct allnecessary checks to determine missing items Completethe assigned order in accordance with operational times in place Co-ordinateloading teams on loading bay, on board the aircraft and on the apron Handoverchecked and loaded order to relevant cabin crew Liase withdispatch department with regards to last minute changes and actual arrival anddeparture times of aircrafts Ensure allsafety rules and regulations are adhering too by drivers 7 loaders of yourrespective team. Be safety vigilant Advisecabin crew on equipment, food, packing and loading instructions, product andservice changes Supportmanagement with regards to recording services rendered, alterations, customercomplaints and customer feedback when necessary. Completeall flight paperwork in good time as scheduled. Labels must be done as perschedule for each airline. Ensuresuccessful execution of last minute orders from airline representatives Superviseall truck clocking maneuvers to the aircraft and supervise loading andoffloading equipment Completeand submit all flight documentation including flight logs and CCPrecords(Dispatch temperatures) Ensurecompliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and otherregulations Ensure ontime and accurate departure of catering to all flights. Ensure thatthe Daily Box times are met Ensure thatthe Daily CCP records are completed accurately and timeously Any otherreasonable task that may be required by management Qualifications Matric Certificate Business Administrations Must have a Code 8/10 Drivers licence Experience At least 2 years’ experience in a similar environment SKLLS Ability to work and perform under significant pressure Strong planning and organizational skills with the abilityto multi-task and manage time effectively Ability to work shifts Hygiene procedure focus COMPETENCIES Demonstrated hands-on experience in theproduction/operations area.
