Responsibilities Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management. Ensure statutory compliance with IFRS, tax, labour laws, and corporate governance. Oversee procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimisation. Drive digital transformation, ERP optimisation, automation, and AI initiatives. Provide strategic financial insight to support investment decisions, growth, and profitability. Requirements CA(SA) or equivalent 7–10 years’ experience in financial management, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-entity groups.
