The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales, and contributing to the smooth operation of the onsite store. Requirements Grade 12 /Matric 2-3 years of retail experience preferred Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Basic administration and cash-handling skills Attention to detail and accuracy Professional and approachable manner Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player Proficiency in English Duties Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Help customers find products and provide styling or product advice as needed Process cash and card payments accurately Maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are neatly arranged Report stock discrepancies or operational issues to management Handle customer returns, refunds, and complaints professionally Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing Follow brand and store guidelines consistently Receive, unpack, and store deliveries efficiently Assist with pricing merchandise #J-18808-Ljbffr
