This role focuses on identifying and securing new customers, expanding product categories, and unlocking additional revenue streams aligned with our client’s long‑term strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate is commercially astute, relationship‑driven, and passionate about delivering sustainable business growth within the retail fashion landscape. Requirements Essential: 7–10 years’ experience in large‑format retail supply, merchandising, or category management. Proven expertise in managing blue‑chip retail accounts end‑to‑end. Strong background in product development, range building, and critical path management. Demonstrated commercial acumen with hands‑on responsibility for GP%, pricing, and costings. Advanced knowledge of CRM, critical path, and planning systems. Advantageous: Experience launching new categories or onboarding new customers. Exposure to international sourcing environments (Asia preferred). Experience running pilot programmes or test initiatives. Behavioral Requirements Self‑directed, low‑ego, high‑ownership mindset. Comfortable operating without constant instruction. Solutions‑driven rather than problem‑reporting. Resilient in high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environments.
