Employer Description Our client is a building contractor delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects across multiple sectors Job Description You will: Implement and enforce quality standards aligned to project and client requirements Conduct internal and external audits, including compliance and surveillance audits Manage and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO compliance Perform site inspections, snagging, and quality reporting Issue and track NCRs and corrective actions Monitor risk indicators and implement mitigation strategies Ensure proper document control and audit readiness across projects Support project teams to achieve high-quality workmanship and compliance standards Qualifications Tertiary Degree / Diploma Engineering council of South Africa (Advantageous) Skills Minimum 5+ years technical and managerial experience Strong auditing, reporting, and analytical skills Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Advanced SharePoint and document management capability Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence Willingness to travel extensively between sites Proven experience within the construction industry Strong understanding of SharePoint and ability to conduct online audits Experience in project collaboration across multiple sites and teams Benefits Basic salary Company laptop Fuel card Medical aid Allan Gray Provident Fund Risk benefits Cellphone allowance
