AllLife is looking for a talented, passionate Retentions Consultant with extensive experience in retaining customers and delivering exceptional service. Retentions Consultants are also responsible for ensuring that all customers looking to cancel their policy with AllLife are offered a sustainable solution in order to retain them effectively. In addition, they are responsible for ensuring that all collection failures are attended to, and alternative arrangements are made and premiums are collected. Retentions Consultants will also be required to support Customer Care and policy administrative and ensure that overall customer experience is always above customer expectations and of the highest standard. Candidate Profile Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record Experience & Skills Required 2 - 3 years previous Retention’s experience (RETENTIONS IS A MUST – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE RETENTIONS!) 2 - 3 years previous Customer Services experience. Insurance experience preferable. Have a skill set that includes good levels of communication (both written & verbal), negotiation, analytical and numerical skills) Be reliable and results orientated. Computer literate. Competencies to be demonstrated on the job Must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile and deliver / exceed expectations (looking for individuals, who have been recognised for this behaviour). Must be performance driven and must have a proven track record. Assertiveness, owner mind set and emotional maturity. Should encourage and promote team energy, company values and culture positively. Good judgment and decisiveness. Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Attention to detail. Team work capabilities. Customer service orientated.
