About the Role You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and deliver scalable solutions within an agile/DevOps environment. This role requires a strong systems thinker who can navigate complex integrations, data flows, and backend processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Analyse complex systems, integrations, and data flows to identify issues and opportunities Translate business and user requirements into clear functional and non-functional user stories Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment Apply appropriate analysis techniques (process modelling, data modelling, sequence diagrams, impact analysis) Collaborate with developers, architects, UX designers, and testers to shape feasible solutions Support solution validation, including testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) Perform root cause analysis and drive resolution of system issues Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and delivery standards Work independently while providing guidance to junior team members where required Essential Skills & Experience Strong IT background with deep systems analysis capability Proven experience analysing integrations, backend systems, and dependencies Advanced skills in requirements gathering and user story creation Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Experience working in agile/DevOps environments Ability to work independently and manage complex workloads Advantageous Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) Understanding of front-end technologies (Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) Familiarity with UX principles and tools like Figma Experience working across full-stack environments Qualifications Relevant IT Degree 7+ years total experience, with at least 5 years in a mid-to-senior Business Analyst role
