Duties Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Conduct regular client visits, reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys. Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and feedback. Work closely with operational and sales teams to ensure service delivery exceeds expectations. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business development initiatives. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement strategies where required. Assist in resolving service-related challenges promptly and professionally. Support the company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. What We're Looking For Grade 12 / Matric. Previous experience within hospitality, catering, food services, marketing, or a related industry. Experience within contract catering will be highly advantageous. Food-related qualifications will be beneficial. Hotel, restaurant, or food service industry experience preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to conduct client reviews, surveys, and customer satisfaction assessments.
