We are seeking a practical, detail-oriented Digital Marketing, Website & SEO Coordinator to manage and continuously improve our online presence. This role is responsible for maintaining our websites, executing email marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and implementing ongoing SEO improvements to increase visibility and inbound enquiries. This is a hands‑on execution role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple digital channels and taking ownership of day‑to‑day digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: carpeting Website Management NIH Update and maintain company websites using a CMS (e.g. WordPress). Upload and edit product pages, service pages, blog content, images, and documents. Ensure website content is accurate, current, and aligned with company branding. Monitor site performance, usability, broken links, and basic analytics. Liaise with external web developers for advanced changes where required. SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) Conduct basic keyword research and optimise content accordingly. Optimise website content for local SEO (Google Business Profile, location pages). Assist with blog and content creation aimed at improving organic search rankings. Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Analytics. Identify and implement ongoing SEO improvement opportunities. Email Marketing Create, design, and send email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Promote products, services, specials, and company updates via email. Manage mailing lists, segmentation, and unsubscribe compliance. Track and report on campaign performance (open rates, clicks, conversions). Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Write captions and prepare images/videos aligned to company branding. Maintain a consistent posting schedule. Engage with comments and messages where required. Support promotional campaigns and announcements. Content & Branding Assist with basic graphic design using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express. Edit photos and short videos for website and social media use. Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels. Collect content from internal teams (photos, project updates, product info). Required Skills & Experience Experience managing websites using a CMS (WordPress preferred). Working knowledge of SEO principles and on‑page optimisation. Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Everlytic, etc.). മേഖത്തു Experience managing business social media accounts. Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
