Introduction An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Projects & Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of strategic initiatives across a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role is responsible for translating business priorities into actionable delivery plans, ensuring cross-functional projects are executed efficiently, on time, and with measurable business impact. You will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to drive alignment, visibility, and delivery excellence. Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of complex cross-functional projects from initiation through to implementation Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation Ensure delivery commitments are achieved while maintaining quality standards Provide senior leadership with clear visibility of project progress, risks, and outcomes Facilitate collaboration between business, product, technology, and operational teams Drive stakeholder alignment and support effective decision-making Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, governance processes, and best practices Lead project planning sessions, workshops, and delivery reviews Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and organisational effectiveness Monitor project performance through reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking Conduct post-implementation reviews and embed continuous improvement initiatives Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project delivery team Desired Experience & Qualification Requirements Proven experience managing complex projects and delivery portfolios within digital, technology, fintech, e-commerce, or product-led environments Strong project management and programme delivery expertise Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills Strong risk management and problem-solving capability Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Advantageous Experience within highly regulated industries Exposure to Agile, Lean, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams Familiarity with delivery management, reporting, and project tracking tools Experience scaling delivery functions or implementing delivery transformation initiatives What You'll Bring Strong leadership and people management capability Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution High levels of accountability and ownership A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Strong analytical and decision-making skills Ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions Resilience and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment Package & Remuneration Market Related #J-18808-Ljbffr
