Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with all Food Safety and Quality standards within the plant- Monitor and maintain HACCP systems and procedures- Ensure adherence to FSSC 22000 standards and company policies- Conduct regular food safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments- Maintain accurate food safety records, reports, and documentation- Identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions- Ensure hygiene standards are maintained throughout the production process- Assist with internal and external food safety audits- Conduct food safety awareness and compliance checks within the workplace- Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.Minimum Requirements: - Grade 12 / Matric- 23 years proven experience within a Food Safety role in a manufacturing or food production environment- Strong knowledge and understanding of HACCP and FSSC 22000- Food Safety training certificates will be advantageous- Computer Literate- Good communication and administrative skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high hygiene and safety standards.Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
