Were looking for a Professional Quantity Surveyor to join a multidisciplinary consulting environment, working closely with architecture and engineering teams to deliver accurate, cost-effective project outcomes. About the Role This role sits within a collaborative Quantity Surveying team in a multidisciplinary consulting firm. Youll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage estimates through to final accounts, working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other quantity surveyors. What Youll Do Review and evaluate design documentation Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates Develop bills of quantities and contract documentation Conduct financial evaluation of tenders Manage cashflow forecasts, cost reports, variations, valuations, and contractual claims Prepare and negotiate final accounts Attend project and client meetings Prepare viability studies, damage costings, and risk valuations Review repair estimates and cost analyses Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across projects Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Professional registration (required) 610 years relevant working experience Valid drivers license Strong computer literacy, especially MS Excel, MS Word Experience with industry software such as WinQS, DimX Key Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management and organisational ability Negotiation and cost control capability Estimating and budgeting expertise Analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration across disciplines If you enjoy combining technical precision with practical problem-solving while managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality cost outcomes, wed like to hear from you.
