Our global pharmaceutical company client is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Business Finance Partner to support business performance across Sub-Saharan Africa. This role focuses on delivering high-quality financial analysis, providing strategic decision support, and partnering with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth, optimise financial performance, and support long-term business planning. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning processes including budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning cycles. Provide monthly financial reporting, analysis, and performance insights across revenue, costs, and key balance sheet items. Deliver strategic decision support by identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. Drive Gross-to-Net analysis and improve planning accuracy for sales deductions. Partner with stakeholders to optimise inventory levels, pricing, profitability, and cash flow performance. Collaborate with Finance Operations and Order-to-Cash teams to improve accounts receivable and working capital. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and support regional and enterprise-wide finance projects. Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data into core systems and reporting frameworks. Participate in, and lead, Middle East, Russia & Africa (MERA)-wide Business Finance projects and other enterprise initiatives. Minimum Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in management accounting or business finance. Experience within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry. Professional qualification such as CIMA, CA(SA), CPA, or ACCA. Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. Advanced computer literacy and financial systems/ERP tools.
