Africa Cosmos Empowerment is looking to appoint suitable and qualified freelancer facilitators nationally, with strong knowledge in systems and financial backgrounds to support the implementation and roll out of a national training project. RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate must be able to facilitate end to end training interventions. Plan and prepare for a training intervention Deliver the training intervention either Virtually, Online or Face to Face Assess the learners against the outcomes Report and provide accurate feedback to learners and management.
