Minimum Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Minimum 23 years maintenance experience in hospitality, lodge, hotel, or property environment Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance Experience using hand and power tools Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor maintenance issues Valid drivers license advantageous Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks Ability to work independently and within a team Good communication and organisational skills Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and standby when required Key Competencies Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Time management Good work ethic and reliability Ability to work under pressure Maintenance planning and preventative maintenance understanding Team player with a positive attitude
