Our client is seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated IVF Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic fertility team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong scientific background who is passionate about reproductive science and laboratory excellence. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree (BSc ) in Biological Sciences, Genetics, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry , or a related scientific field. Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written). Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organisational and administrative skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily laboratory operations and procedures. Prepare, maintain, and organise laboratory equipment and materials. Ensure laboratory records and documentation are completed accurately. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and compliance with quality standards. Assist embryologists and laboratory personnel with routine laboratory tasks. Monitor and maintain stock levels of laboratory supplies. Adhere to all laboratory protocols, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Perform administrative duties related to laboratory processes when required.
