Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs Draft and post job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, PNet, Careers24, etc.) Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring managers Manage job offers, employment contracts, and background/reference checks Maintain recruitment metrics and update the applicant tracking system Onboarding/HR functions Coordinate pre-boarding logistics (IT setup, workstation, welcome pack, etc.) Facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation (contracts, policies, etc.) Serve as the primary contact for new employees during their first 90 days Gather feedback on the onboarding experience and recommend improvements
