Hire Resolve's client is looking for a IT Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Sandton, GP. You will beResponsible for executing all aspects of a diverse, very complex information technology program including multiple large-scale IT projects. This includes program planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost. PMOL monitors and manages the critical path, contingencies, scope changes and budget, both labor and non-labor resources. Responsibilities Portfolio Management Lead creation and execution of the IT Portfolio aligned with BU strategies. Track value contribution and programme objectives. Identify, mitigate, and report on IT programme risks. Ensure seamless transition of projects to operations Project Management Prioritize, approve, and oversee feasibility studies. Align projects with business strategy across units. Direct programme delivery, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder reporting. Risk & Compliance Design contingency plans for IT and infrastructure. Conduct audits, monitor recovery compliance, and mitigate technical risks. Ensure governance and legal adherence in all project activities. Work Planning & Delivery Lead IT project portfolios, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Develop business-focused work plans and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. People Leadership Manage, coach, and develop frontline managers and teams. Foster transformation through visible and values-driven leadership. Financial Oversight Collaborate on integrated reports including budgets, forecasts, and expenses. Requirements IT/Business related Honours degree (Essential/Minimum). Agile Practitioner Certification (Essential/Minimum). Project Management Professional or alternative project management certifications. In-depth knowledge of IT project delivery and methodology as well as IT infrastructure.
