As a Paid Media Specialist, you are proficient in data analysis and reporting. Skilled in managing campaigns, you excel at deriving actionable insights that effectively drive enquiries in the self storage sector. You are highly skilled in managing and reporting in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager and Bing Ads. Can communicate your subject expertise clearly and effectively with clients and external partners? Are committed to excellence and know how to manage Paid Media strategies? Consistently stay up to date with industry best practices and guidelines? Place a strong emphasis on collaboration with internal teams? Are highly skilled in data analyses and tracking? What’s the role? You’ll be responsible for: The development, implementation and management of advanced Paid Media strategies and campaigns. Setting up conversion tracking, conducting analyses, reporting, insights and audits. Managing Digital First client accounts and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Apply if you have the following: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or another relevant field. At least 3 years’ experience in: Google Ads (account management) Google Analytics (Setup, tracking and analysis) Social media advertising platforms Content Management, including Content coalition, PPC, SEO and Social Media Report generation and presentation, ideally Google Looker Studio Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, adhere to platform guidelines, adjust strategies based on performance, manage budgets, conduct A/B tests for campaign enhancement, align with other marketing initiatives, monitor ad approvals, collaborate on creative content, continuously optimise based on analytics data, and manage advertising accounts with updated keywords for targeted performance. Manage tracking tools across platforms for accurate data and performance measurement, analyse campaigns against KPIs, provide insights for optimisation, conduct audits, collaborate with internal teams, and prepare comprehensive reports and analysis. Collaborate with the Head of Performance Marketing to craft and execute SEM strategies for all Digital First clients, aiming to hit client targets. Produce audit reports and insights to onboard new clients as per Company standards. Make sure we’re sharing regular performance updates with all Digital First clients and relevant teams. Actively evaluate client needs and work with the Head of Performance Marketing to enhance account performance continually. Openly share your knowledge and experiences to boost our agency’s expertise. Get involved in industry events like webinars and workshops, contributing your valuable insights.
