About theprogramme The ScatecGraduateProgrammeis a corporate initiative that ensures that allgraduates in the different areas of our business adapt to a high level of unvarying standards in terms of orientation, training, development and exposure to the business processes.Theprogrammeoffersgraduates an intensive 24-month long development experience, making it one of the most sought-aftergraduateprogrammes.
