If so, Mobelli wants YOU to join our team. About the Role This is a hands-on role responsible for owning and growing the Décor, Local Furniture, and Case Goods categories. You will manage category strategy, buying decisions, supplier relationships, pricing, and inventory performance, working closely with Visual Merchandising and Marketing to bring products to life in-store and online. The role is designed to scale with the business and will progressively absorb responsibilities currently managed by the Director. Key Responsibilities Own and drive category strategy across décor and furniture ranges Lead buying, sourcing, and product development with local suppliers Manage pricing, margins, and supplier negotiations Plan, forecast, and manage stock performance, sell-through, and replenishment Oversee product lifecycles from launch to exit Ensure product readiness for launches, promotions, and photoshoots Work closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Showroom teams What We’re Looking For 5+ years’ experience in Buying, Merchandise Planning, or Category Management Strong commercial and analytical skills Proven supplier negotiation and relationship management experience Solid understanding of pricing, margins, forecasting, and inventory drivers Confident working cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment If you think that you are an A player and a good fit for this role and wish to apply, Next Steps You’ll first complete an online assessment (allow ~2 hours).
