Junior Admin Clerk job vacancy in Johannesburg. Our client is seeking a proactive, hands-on Junior Admin Clerk to assist the Office Park Manager in overseeing the daily operations, facilities, and tenant relations of a commercial office park. This role requires an organized multi-tasker capable of managing on-site staff, administrative tasks, and service delivery. Salary: R12 000 per month. Starting 7am till 4pm. Might rotate with Park Manager to 5pm if needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Tenant Relations & Administration Client Facing: Act as the primary contact for tenant queries, complaints, and dispute resolution. Leasing Support: Conduct viewings, facilitate move-ins/move-outs, and maintain accurate lease documentation. Financial Admin: Follow up on rental arrears, assist with cost control, and prepare quotations for alterations or furniture sales. Operations & Facilities Management Maintenance & Inspections: Coordinate daily operations, conduct property inspections, and manage contractors for repairs. On-Site Services: Oversee the on-site car wash, manage stock control, and handle collections/deliveries. Staff Supervision: Coordinate and monitor performance for on-site cleaning, security, and gardening teams; submit wage data to HR. Compliance: Implement health and safety requirements across the park. Requirements: Matric Tertiary education (beneficial) Experience with social media marketing (required) Background in property, administrative, or facilities management (preferred) Strong communication, conflict resolution, and basic financial understanding (rentals, invoicing) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr
