Administer and independently process deceased estates, from reporting stage to file closure, within regulatory guidelines Deliver amazing service and quality work Produce monthly milestones – L&Ds and closures Produce milestones with limited day-to-day management Finalise estates with precision, speed and quality Treat each estate as precious and take pride in the administration process Early identification of potential risks and difficulties in the administration process Seek solutions and escalateto management when required Assess cashflow needs Deal effectively with various stakeholders to finalise milestones What we look for in our ideal candidate Education and experience requirements Matric Relevant qualifications (LLB, Deceased Estates Administration) advantageous At least three years' experience as Estates Administrator (including knowledge of LegalEase) advantageous Computer literate, technologically savvy Ability to work in a high-volume environment Capacity to handle stressful situations appropriately Provide clear feedback to your manager, showing strong planning and proactive management of risks and roadblocks Ability to share knowledge and expertise within the team Excellent client service skills – ensuring that executors, beneficiaries, creditors, debtors and other stakeholders are kept informed of progress Personal attributes Empathetic, friendly, professional, accountable Assertive, yet compassionate Ability to perform well under pressure Mature, confident, resilient Excellent listening and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
