Applications are invited from ambitious, energetic and performance driven individuals. The Role As a Manager, Financial Systems, you will be a hands‑on individual contributor. You will shape and execute the Group's finance‑systems roadmap across SAP FI/CO, consolidation, planning, and reporting platforms, turning global standards into robust, automated regional solutions. The Key Responsibilities System Integration: Support and maintain mappings across HFM/FDMEE, TM1/Planning Analytics, Workiva/WDesk, and EPMWare. Functional Design: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and data models. Testing & Cutover: Develop and execute SIT/UAT test plans, manage defect resolution, and lead data migration and parallel runs during cutover. Governance & Support: Ensure SOX/ITGC compliance, maintain audit‑ready documentation, and provide L2/L3 support for complex system incidents. Process Automation: Identify opportunities to standardise and automate recurring accounting processes across regional sites. Qualifications & Experience Post‑graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. SAP Certification is highly advantageous. 8+ years in financial systems administration, functional consulting, or master data management within a complex, multinational environment. Skills & Personal Attributes Hands‑on configuration in SAP FI/CO and exposure to consolidation platforms (HFM, OneStream, Oracle Cloud, or TM1) under IFRS/US GAAP. Background in mining, resources, or capital‑intensive industries is a plus.
