The Role: Graduate Analyst (Private Markets & Origination) We are seeking a high‑calibre Graduate Analyst to support our investment and origination teams. This is a hybrid role combining AI research and active deal origination. You will work closely with senior Investment Analysts and deal originators, gaining hands‑on exposure to private market transactions from origination through to execution. The role is suited to someone who is commercially minded, highly motivated, and eager to build a long‑term career in private markets and corporate finance. Key Responsibilities Deal Origination & Business Development Identify, research, and engage potential corporate clients seeking capital Support outbound business development initiatives and client outreach Assist in qualifying opportunities and bringing high‑quality transactions to market Work alongside senior deal originators on live mandates Investment & Transaction Support Support transaction execution by organising documentation, updating deal trackers, and coordinating meetings Assist senior analysts with financial analysis, research, and preparation of transaction materials Liaise with senior stakeholders at client companies throughout the transaction process Internal Systems & Client Materials Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases Work with the SEO and marketing team to help generate and track inbound leadsAssist in preparing client presentations, pitch decks, and investor materials This is a hands‑on role requiring initiative, ownership, and a willingness to be involved across all aspects of the business.
