Employment as Emirates cabin crew entails responsible service of passengers, ensuring safety, comfort and compliance with airline standards. Essential Criteria Be fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a lovely bonus). Be at least 21 years old with a minimum high school (Grade 12) education. Have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service. Stand at least 160cm tall and be able to reach 212cm. Have no visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform. Be eligible to meet the UAE's employment visa requirements. Earnings A fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month. Flying pay at AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80–100 flight hours monthly). An average monthly total of approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061). *These figures are approximate and provided as a guide. Meal allowances for overnight stops are credited the following month, and hotel accommodation with transport is always provided during layovers.
