Overview Level 2 Engineer - Certified in Citrix Analytics The role is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise in the area of data analytics. This will include delivering results from a wide range of data sources, including event logs, information systems audit trail reports, application performance metrics and user behaviour analysis. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate deep experience with various analytical techniques including advanced machine learning and predictive analytics as well as strong communication skills to facilitate business collaboration across departments. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also essential. In this role you will provide technical support on all levels within the Citrix Analytics Platforms suite which includes: Citrix Receiver/NPS (Centralized Threat Management), Citrix NetScaler Gateway/NAP (Network Access Protection) & Advanced Machine Learning Server. Responsibilities The role involves providing advanced technical expertise in data analytics across multiple sources and platforms, delivering actionable insights, and supporting the Citrix Analytics Platforms suite to address security and performance needs.
