Overview OG natural wine restaurant located in East London, pioneers in modern European cuisine. Seeking a General Manager to lead operations of this beautiful, light and airy restaurant featuring a changing menu and a focus on seasonal produce. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day operations and support the Senior GM who oversees three sites. Oversee the wine list and menus, with strong natural wine knowledge. Manage inventory and conduct major stock takes. Handle financial reporting and basic financial analysis. Ensure high standards of service, training and development for staff. Qualifications Prior experience in stock taking and financial reporting. Strong interest or knowledge of natural wine, and ability to curate a wine list. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team. Ability to work 47 hours per week (closed Sundays). Motivation to grow into a senior management role.
